The American Association of Orthodontists® recommends that all kids have an orthodontic consultation by age 7. But that doesn’t mean all kids this age are ready for orthodontic treatment. Coleman Orthodontics has developed a unique, no-cost program for children who are not yet ready to begin orthodontic treatment. They will become a member of our Coleman Smile Investigators team, which means they will get to visit Dr. Coleman every six months for an orthodontic checkup. These routine visits allow us to monitor your child’s growth and development and determine the ideal time for them to begin orthodontic treatment. All visits and any necessary X-rays are free for children on our CSI team!
